Mining & Construction
Depending on the sensors and systems already on board, additional smart sensors are fitted. Via our data acquisition and communication system, the data from the new sensors and existing systems is collected and converted (near) real time into actionable information. This information can be displayed on any device via a dashboard and shows the current and periodic performance.
The performance data is also stored and through analysis of performance data and other information, new insights are be gained. For instance, we can identify the ‘ideal’ performance (e.g. speed, rpm, power) for a desired condition (loaded or unloaded, upstream/downstream, water depth, wind speed).
FE3 is a unique fuel conditioner with dosage system. It improves the quality of conventional and biofuels, significantly reducing fuel consumption and emissions, reducing internal fouling and improving engine performance!
FE3 is formulated from a patented formula of high quality biodegradable molecules and a mineral oil base. These molecules are the key ingredients and they are synthesised from pure raw materials.
Low molecular weight components remove the hard carbon deposits on the cylinders, injectors, valves and piston rings. Removing these deposits immediately results in an improved sealing and great fuel savings.
High molecular weight components are absorbed into the surface of the engine parts. They form a lubricating barrier on metal-rubbing surfaces, such as the inner wall of cylinders and fuel injectors. Reducing friction lowers engine temperature and improves fuel economy.

FE3 drastically reduces exhaust emissions without leaving any measurable residues or toxic emissions.
Tests and experiences over the past 30 years show that CO emissions are reduced by 13-22%, NOx by 9-55%, SO2 by 2-79% and HC by 50-87%.
The opacity (smoke formation) of exhaust fumes decreases on average by 29.2% after two months of use, by 66.7% after nine months and by 89% after one year. FE3 Elixir is composed of carbon, oxygen and hydrogen molecules that burn completely and leave no residual products.
The long chain molecules survive combustion in the cylinder and bond with the metal surface of the rings and cylinder walls. Through chemisorption, metal soap is formed that provides lubrication on the interfaces. The improved lubrication also sought to convert less combustion energy into heat through friction, but into “work”, or torque and power.
The short chain molecules remove deposits in the fuel system, engine and exhaust system. FE3 reduces wear and maintenance and extends the life of the fuel system, engine and exhaust system.
