TECHNOLOGY

Fuel Essence Engine Elixir is a fuel conditioner based on a patented formula of high-quality esters and a mineral oil base. These esters are the main ingredients and they are synthesized from pure raw materials.

Low molecular weight esters remove the hard carbon deposits on the cylinders, injectors, valves and piston rings. Removing these deposits immediately results in an improved sealing and great fuel savings.

High molecular weight esters are absorbed into the surface of the engine parts. They form a lubricating barrier on metal-rubbing surfaces, such as the inner wall of cylinders and fuel injectors. Reducing friction lowers engine temperature and improves fuel economy.

Optimal Combustion

Fuel Essence Engine Elixir increases the oxygen level (cetane number) by 4-5%, increases the compression, lowers the combustion temperature and forms a chemical bond with harmful particles and converts them into energy carriers.

The result is an improvement in fuel consumption of 4-20%, the reduction of harmful pollutants by up to 70% and the reduction of smoke opacity by up to 89% (after one year of use).

Reduction of harmful emissions

Fuel Essence Engine Elixir drastically reduces exhaust emissions without leaving any measurable residues or toxic emissions.

Tests and experiences over the past 30 years show that CO emissions are reduced by 13-22%, NOx by 9-55%, SO2 by 2-79% and HC by 50-87%.

The opacity (smoke formation) of exhaust fumes decreases on average by 29.2% after two months of use, by 66.7% after nine months and by 89% after one year. FE Elixir is composed of carbon, oxygen and hydrogen molecules that burn completely and leave no residual products.

Less wear and maintenance

The long chain esters survive combustion in the cylinder and bond with the metal surface of the rings and cylinder walls. Through chemisorption, metal soap is formed that provides lubrication on the interfaces. The improved lubrication also sought to convert less combustion energy into heat through friction, but into “work”, or torque and power.

The short chain esters remove deposits in the fuel system, engine and exhaust system. FE Engine Elixir reduces wear and maintenance and extends the life of the fuel system, engine and exhaust system.

VEHICLES

ARCELOR-MITTAL SOUTH AFRICA
Single Caterpillar Engine Fuel Economy Test performed on a Locomotive under operational conditions at Arcelor-Mittal in South Africa.
Test Period: 09/16/2017 – 12/16/2017.

The test resulted in 18.6% increase in Fuel Economy.
COCA COLA FEMSA PHILIPPINES
Mitsubishi and Hino trucks, with fuel economy improving 17.4% and 13.7%, respectively, and smoke reduced by 71.3% and 91.2%.

In their boilers, efficiency improved 10.4%, with SO2 down 28% and NO2 down 99%.
U.S. MARINE CORPS
The U.S. Marine Corps at Camp Pendleton, California conducted a one-month test on four 10 to 15 ton tractors resulting in a 22.8% increase in fuel efficiency.
SILVER STATE TRAILWAY BUSSES
A 5 day, 500 kilometers test with 4 Trailway busses resulted in in an average smoke opacity reduction of 42% (according SAE J1667).

SUMIFRU HEAVY TRUCKS
Sumifru is the world’s third largest fruit distributor. A fuel economy test of large diesel trucks resulted in a 13% reduction of diesel fuel consumed.

SumiFru is expanding use of our elixir to the entire truck fleet, including their boilers and generators.
VICTORY LINER BUS FLEET
Victory Liner is one of the largest bus lines in the Philippines with over 500 buses. They tested with positive results in 2008, meeting all of their environmental requirements. Today, they are using the elixir for all of the 194 Victory Liner buses.

SCHIPS & GENERATORS

AGNICO EAGLE GENERATORS
A 2-year test in 2014 and 2015 on five 1.3 megawatt generators reduced fuel costs by 9.6%, while reducing NOx by 11.7%, SO2 by 79.4%, and increasing Oxygen by 1.4%.

Power plant efficiency increased more than 10%.
PHILIPPINE COAST GUARD RESCUE
The Philippines Coast Guard tests on search and rescue vessel BRP Nueva Vizcaya showed a 25% reduction in heavy fuel oil consumption.

The additive completely dissolved the heavy asphaltenes in the bottom of the fuel tanks, and cleaned the fuel system.
LOS ANGELES PORT - VESSEL
The Port of Los Angeles conducted tested on an auxiliary diesel engine aboard the vessel Condor resulting in a 55% reduction in exhaust opacity.
WARREN CATERPILLAR DYNO TEST
Warren Caterpillar tested our FE Elixir using a dynamometer with the following results:

Fuel efficiency increased by 11.4%
Horsepower increased by 6.35%
Torque increased by 6.5%.
